Shipping Policy


All our artworks are carefully hand-packed in adapted professional envelopes and boxes to minimize the risks of damage during shipping.

 

Carte Blanche has calculated and compared shipping rates from different couriers in order to provide you with the best available options. We offer the best quality/time/costs options available for the artwork you are purchasing, based on its value. If you wish to use a different provider, you can send us an email at info@gallerycarteblanche.com

 

We offer a flat shipping rate per artwork.  Our delivery rates include the shipping fees announced by the provider (USPS and Fedex) as well as the packaging and handling charges encountered by Carte Blanche to prepare your artwork.

 

Unframed prints

XS, S and M unframed prints ship to the US via USPS Priority Mail®, and internationally via USPS Priority Mail International®

L and XL unframed prints ship to the US via Fedex 2 days®, and internationally via Fedex International Priority®

 

All unframed prints will be prepared and ready to ship in robust shipping envelopes (XS, S) or tubes (M, L, XL) within a maximum of 5 business days. 

 

Delivery time depends of the courier:

  • USPS Priority Mail®: 2 to 3 days
  • USPS Priority Mail International®: 6 to 10 days
  • Fexex 2 days®: 2 days
  • Fedex International Priority®: 2 to 3 days 

Carte Blanche is not responsible for delays due to Customs requirements in arriving countries.

 

Mounted and Framed Artworks

XS, S artwork mounted on Sintra ship to the US via USPS Priority Mail®, and internationally via USPS Priority Mail International®

For framed XS, S artworks and M artworks mounted on Dibond we give you the choice between 2 shipping options:

  • To the US via USPS Priority Mail® or Fedex 2 days® 
  • Internationally via USPS Priority Mail International® and USPS Express Mail International®

The main difference between these options is the shipping time, the tracking and of course the costs. For framed artworks, we recommend the quickest options, as the risk of damage is directly related to the length of the journey. 

  • Fedex 2 days®: 2 days
  • USPS Express Mail International®: 3 to 5 days

With Fedex 2 days and USPS Express Mail, we will be able to track your package at all time, useful especially in case of delays.

 

For mounted L and XL artworks and framed M, L and XL artworks, we ship only with Fedex and give you the choice between Fedex Express Saver and Fedex 2 days. The main difference is again the time and the safety of shipping. We recommend Fedex 2 days but we understand the costs can be a barrier. 

 

All framed artworks will be prepared and ready to ship in robust shipping packagings within 3 to 4 weeks. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your package is on his way.

 

For matted and framed XL artwork, send us an email at support@gallerycarteblanche.com, if you’d like us to organize shipping.
 

If you order 2 artworks or more at the same time, they should be shipped separately (except for XS and S prints only). For multiple orders, please contact us at support@gallerycarteblanche.com so that we can arrange better shipping rates for you.

 

We don’t ship mounted L and XL artworks, or framed M, L and XL internationally, but we can ship the print and give you some advice for framing or mounting in your country. 

 

Return Policy

At Carte Blanche, we are committed to making your shopping experience the best possible. We believe that you will love your print at first sight, but if for any reason you wish to return it please let us know. 

All return inquiries should be sent to support@gallerycarteblanche.com with the subject line "return” followed by your transaction number.

Returns claims must be made within 7 days from the date that your print was delivered. 

All artwork must be returned complete and undamaged using the original packing where possible.


In the unfortunate event that your print arrives damaged, or if you believe your print is lost, please contact Carte Blanche at support@gallerycarteblanche.com as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement (upon proof).

 

Customs

Some countries may apply additional taxes or custom fees when prints are picked-up and/or delivered Carte Blanche is not responsible for such taxes or custom fees. You agree to continue full payment for your order items in addition to shipping fees in the event that their order is returned, held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs due to your failure to pay appropriate import taxes/customs charges, or comply with customs laws for country of destination.

 

You shall be held responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred should Customs or Postal Officials return their order to Carte Blanche for an insufficient shipping address.
