What is the one thing that gets you out of bed in the morning?

Curiosity.

What would be your perfect day?

Waking up with the person I love, knowing everything is fine, having a good breakfast, playing ping pong in the sun, riding my bike, seeing a concert of my favorite band, and going to sleep with the person I love … plus more good food in between.

What is the longest trip you ever took to make a photo?

I guess my longest trip to take a photo was to the Wannsee, a lake about 20 miles away from my home :)

What was the hardest image you ever had to make?

Actually, I never HAD to take a photo, and that's good. I try not to take photos that are hard to make.

What is your favorite thing about being a photographer?
To be free is the most important thing to me. I am lucky there are people in the world who like my work.
